Applicable to Online & Offline Classes at Sur Jhankar Music School

Section 01
General Information
Monthly Fee
₹2,000 / month
Registration Fee
₹500 · Lifetime

Sur Jhankar Music School offers both online and offline classes in Classical Vocal, Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Guitar, Keyboard, Tabla, Harmonium, Drawing, and more. Each month includes 12 scheduled classes.

Section 02
Registration Policy
  • A one-time registration fee of ₹500 is mandatory for all students before enrolment.
  • This registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Registration remains valid for lifetime unless terminated due to policy violations.
Section 03
Fee Payment Terms
  • Monthly fee must be paid on or before the 1st of every month.
  • A late fee of ₹100 per class will be charged if payment is not made by the 5th of the month.
  • If fees remain unpaid after the 10th, the student's admission will be automatically cancelled.

Important: Unpaid fees past the 10th result in automatic cancellation. Re-admission will require fresh registration and may be subject to availability.

Section 04
Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once the monthly fee has been paid. Fees are non-transferable and non-adjustable.

Exception: If the school or teacher fails to conduct scheduled classes, compensation or adjustment may be provided at management's discretion.

Section 05
Attendance & Missed Classes
  • No fee adjustment or refund will be made if a student is absent for any reason.
  • Missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.
Section 06
Course Continuity (Certification / Exams)

Students preparing for certification exams (e.g., Prayag Sangit Samiti) must meet the following requirements:

  • Maintain continuous monthly fee payment for 12 months without interruption.
  • Continue enrollment regardless of attendance status.

Failure to comply may affect eligibility for examinations. Continuity is strictly enforced.

Section 07
Class Conduct (Offline Students)

For the safety and smooth functioning of offline classes, parents and guardians must observe the following:

  • Drop students inside the premises and leave promptly.
  • Arrive 5 minutes before class ends for timely pickup.
  • Waiting inside the premises is not permitted due to space constraints.
Section 08
Online Class Guidelines
  • Ensure a stable internet connection before every session.
  • Set up proper audio and video equipment to participate effectively.
  • Classes missed due to technical issues on the student's side will not be refunded or compensated.
Section 09
Cancellation & Termination

The school reserves the right to cancel admission under the following conditions:

  • Non-payment of fees beyond the stipulated grace period.
  • Misconduct or violation of school rules and policies.

No refund will be issued in cases of cancellation due to non-payment or misconduct.
